Our Services: We will help you match your experience to the National Occupational Classification (NOC) code, which is required for a successful immigration application under the Economic Categories, including CEC, FSWC, and PNP.  We will review:

  • Your duties and responsibilities in establishing the most accurate NOC code
  • Your employment reference letter, and will provide recommendations as to how to amend it as per the requirements of IRCC and the NOC description
  • Your education credentials, if relevant

How it Works:

  • Sign the consultation agreement
  • Pay the fees
  • Book a 30-minute consultation to determine your NOC code. This meeting is for getting to know your situation and to advise on the documents required for the assessment
  • After the consultation, we will analyze your documents related to your employment, review the employment reference letter and email you clear and concise assessment results.

Our Fees: Our fee is $565.00, inclusive of HST, for establishing one NOC code and reviewing one employment reference letter. Each additional NOC and employment reference letter will be billed manually at a rate of $200.00, inclusive of HST.

Scope of Service:  This is strictly a review service of your NOC and your reference letter. The RCIC does not prepare, correct, edit, or submit any other documents on behalf of the Client.  This service does not include legal representation, follow-up support, or post-session assistance.

RCIC’s Role and Liability Limits: The RCIC does not serve as the Client’s Authorized Representative and will not be listed on any application. The RCIC is not responsible for any negative consequences resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information supplied by the Client.

Duration and Use of Time: The session is strictly limited to establishing the NOC code and review of an employment reference letter. Unused time will not be carried forward, credited, or refunded.

No Follow-Up Support: This service does not include post-session email support, document review, or follow-ups. Any additional assistance must be booked as a separate session.

Rescheduling, Cancellations and No-Shows: The Client may reschedule their appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.  Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will not be refunded.  No-shows or arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation without refund or rescheduling.
