Dalia Milmantas
Dalia Milmantas has worked in Canadian immigration since 1999, beginning her career as an immigration legal assistant and law clerk at two prominent Toronto law firms. In 2008, she incorporated Milmantas Immigration Services, building an independent, licensed practice on the foundation of nearly a decade of hands-on experience in the field.
She currently serves as an Adjunct Instructor in the Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law (GDipICL) program at the Faculty of Law, Queen’s University, where she trains the next generation of Canadian immigration professionals in the same standards she applies to every file her own firm prepares. Her teaching has also included the Immigration Consultant program at CDI College, continuing professional development seminars, and a recurring role as panellist for CAPIC’s Right to Entry Practice Exam preparation course.
Dalia’s practice is built around strategic case planning for applicants whose circumstances don’t lend themselves to straightforward pathways — including matters involving prior refusals, criminal rehabilitation, and Temporary Resident Permits. She represents and advocates for clients across temporary and permanent resident applications, study permits, and work permits.
She is fluent in English, Russian, and Lithuanian, and works directly with clients in each.

Dalia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philology and Education, and is a licensed member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).
Julia Brodyansky
Julia Brodyansky holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in philology and education and is proficient in five languages. As a member of a team of nine selected representatives of the industry, she took part in the initial DACUM sessions devising professional standards and criteria for immigration consulting, a milestone that became a cornerstone for the Parliamentary Report at the source of getting this occupation regulated in 2004. Julia Brodyansky has been a successful immigration practitioner in Canada since 1994; she is also authorized by MIDI (Ministère de l’Immigration, de l’Inclusion et de la Diversité) to represent applicants in Quebec. Her comprehensive approach to immigration as a big picture allowed her to develop “turn-key solution” strategies in assisting her clients in all aspects of their immigration process, from personal coaching to recognition of their credentials, to quality control and preventing immigration fraud. She served on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants from its inception in 2004 until 2011 and continues volunteering with CAPIC on a regular basis and presenting at CPD events in Ontario and Quebec.
As stipulated by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, only Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants who are members in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (the College), lawyers who are members in good standing with their respectful provincial or territorial society, and notaries in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec are authorized to provide immigration services (Link 1 Link 2) .
