60-minute individual consultation for personal immigration matters, including visitor, work or study permits, permanent residency, family reunification, citizenship, LMIA, previous refusals, and criminality issues.

Business Immigration Consultation

A business immigration consultation lasts 60 minutes and is meant for foreign nationals looking to start or purchase a business in Canada.
$500.00 CAD.

Express Entry Profile Creation or Review

If you're preparing to create your Express Entry profile and wish to avoid common errors, we will gladly assist you. We will provide you with a document checklist, help you determine the appropriate NOC code, calculate your CRS score, and draft one employment confirmation letter compliant with IRCC. Prior to submission to the IRCC, we'll review your profile on the Portal using an online platform. Please note that we accept no liability for any inaccuracies or incorrect information provided by you.

Initial Consultation Agreement

The Initial Consultation Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of the initial consultation between Dalia Milmantas, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) # R415687 of Milmantas Immigration Services, located at 3280 Bloor Street West, Suite 1140, Toronto, ON M8X 2X3, and the undersigned prospective client(s) for a maximum of 45 minutes.

Please be advised that Dalia Milmantas is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (the “College”), the regulator which regulates the practice of RCICs.

The purpose of the Initial Consultation is to:

Learn about you and your particular immigration needs based on the information you provide.
Answer your questions to the best of our ability.
Identify your options and, to the extent possible, analyze the costs and benefits of those alternatives.
Help you determine your course of action, if any.
Discuss our fees and terms of representation if a consultant-client relationship is to be established after the meeting.
Determine the next steps in the process, as appropriate.

Consultation Fee

Our fee of $275.00 + $35.75(HST) = $310.75 in Canada and $275.00 CAD for clients outside Canada for general consultation, inclusive of applicable taxes for applicants in Canada, is payable prior to the commencement of the consultation via:

The payment and accurately completed questionnaire, located at https://milmantasimmigration.com/questionnaire, are to be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time. If you further retain our services, a new retainer agreement will be signed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule your consultation, please contact us via email at info@milmantasimmigration.com at least 24 hours (EST) prior to your scheduled appointment. The fee for a missed appointment will not be refunded. You may also reschedule your consultation at no cost up to two times.

The consultation will be conducted via online communication means. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.

Confidentiality

All information and documentation provided to us shall remain strictly confidential, except as authorized by you or as otherwise required by law.

Limitations of the Consultation

The advice provided during this consultation does not constitute a continuing client/counsel relationship, nor does it establish that Ms. Milmantas will act as your Authorized Representative in any immigration or immigration-related matters. The advice provided is valid at the time it is given and is based on the information provided by you.

Agreement to Terms

By signing this agreement and by remitting payment through one of the aforementioned payment methods, you agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this Initial Consultation Agreement.

Wire Transfer: Instructions will be provided individually via email. Please ensure that the full payment, including any applicable fees, is transferred to the specified account as outlined in the email.

Interac E-Transfer: Send payment directly from your Canadian bank account to info@milmantasimmigration.com. Ensure the payment is completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.

Western Union: You can make a direct deposit to the trust account through www.westernunion.com. After completing the transaction, please provide the transfer details, such as the reference number and sender's name, to ensure the payment is properly credited.
